The Role We are looking for a relationship-focused and proactive Marketing Business Partner to champion the VSA brand across our referring veterinary community. This is a hybrid role with regular time spent in our three hospitals, out in the community visiting referring veterinary clinics, and attending industry events. You will act as a key link between our referring vets, clinical teams, hospital leadership and the broader marketing function. Working closely with the Group GM Marketing (Sterling Group), you will help shape and deliver local marketing and communications activity across VSA. A significant part of this role will involve building strong face‑to‑face relationships with referring vets and their teams, understanding their needs, gathering insights, and helping ensure VSA remains well known, well represented and strongly connected within the veterinary community. This role would suit someone who thrives on a blend of relationship management and marketing coordination. You'll spend time building connections with referring veterinarians while delivering local marketing initiatives, including communications, content coordination, events, and the development of collateral that showcases our specialist veterinary services and expertise. Key Responsibilities Building strong relationships with referring vets and their teams through clinic visits, calls, events and networking Supporting local marketing activity, campaigns, service launches and brand initiatives Coordinating CPD events, journal clubs, and supporting with conferences, expos and local community activities Gathering referrer feedback and market insights to help improve engagement and service delivery Working with clinical teams to develop content for social media, websites, blogs and marketing collateral Using data and reporting insights to help identify growth opportunities and strengthen referrer engagement Representing VSA professionally in the veterinary community About You You will be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, coordinating activity and representing a trusted healthcare brand. You will be organised, proactive and comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
