Our paid program offers you the flexibility of being able to gain valuable work experience without sacrificing your studies. The STAR program is a 2-year program, during which time you will gain experience in different areas.You’llhave a dedicated STAR manager to support your personal development and a rotational mentor to guide you asyoulearnthe ropes in each team. You will also have a STAR student mentor to help you find your way around and show you the best bits of the office! So how does it work? Work on a part-time basis during the academic year withan optionto work full-time over the semester break – all paid of course!
