We're looking for an exceptional Medical Receptionist & Administrator to join our Central Support Team, providing reception and administration support across our clinics throughout New Zealand in a full-time capacity (40 hours per week). This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in changing environments and loves delivering exceptional customer service. No two weeks are the same—you'll support our clinics by covering leave, assisting during busy periods, and helping our teams continue to deliver an outstanding patient experience. Working alongside our clinic teams, you'll become a valued member of each clinic you support while building your knowledge across multiple locations. Skin Institute is New Zealand owned and operated and has been improving lives of New Zealanders for over 30 years! With a vision to be the leading provider in skin and veins, we have a multidisciplinary team specialising in skin cancer, varicose veins and premium appearance medicine services. About the Role As the welcoming face of our clinics, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every patient while keeping our busy clinics running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Managing appointments Insurance prior approvals and claims Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting clinic and support office teams with day-to-day administration Your roster will be confirmed weekly for cover across Auckland clinics and support office locations with occasional travel to our regional clinics. Flexibility is essential for short notice changes (ie cover for sick leave). About You You'll be a confident, organised and adaptable professional who enjoys working at pace and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You'll bring: Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare administration role Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task Experience with financial accounts (debtors experience is an advantage) Experience using patient management systems (or CRM systems) A proactive, flexible approach Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel between multiple work locations (mileage will be reimbursed at the standard IRD rates) #J-18808-Ljbffr
