Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern is recruiting a senior nurse/ Nurse Practitioner to deliver mokopuna-centred care across home, school, and community settings in Auckland. This 0.8 FTE permanent position focuses on equity and outcomes for mokopuna and whānau, within the Toi Tu Kids Service.
