Are you a driven and technically minded sales professional looking to make a significant impact? We're seeking an Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join our Compressor Technique (CTS) sales team and drive sales growth within a defined territory. About the Role As an Aftermarket Sales Engineer, your primary mission will be to grow the sales of our Compressor Technique portfolio , which includes compressed air, industrial gas, and air treatment solutions. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving business targets by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and proactively managing sales activities. This is a dynamic role where you'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while benefiting from collaborative support from our service department. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Analyse market potential based on territory, industry sectors, and our CTS product mix. Plan, prioritize, and execute sales activities to convert potential into orders and achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business. Effectively use our CRM system for customer data, activity planning, prioritization, and monitoring. Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assess market trends, identify new applications for CTS, and monitor competitor activities, adhering to the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct. Actively target non-Atlas Copco customers and effectively use provided sales tools. Work closely with the service department to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Develop, maintain, and convert a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets. Work autonomously, monitor market activity within your territory, and produce accurate monthly sales forecasts using the CRM system. What We're Looking For: A technical degree, and/or technical/mechanical/electrical qualifications, or equivalent experience. Proven sales experience in both business development and account management. A strong technical understanding, ideally with exposure to compressed air and industrial gas applications and products. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A clean, full driver's license is essential. Why Join Us?
