About the Role As a Team Leader, you’ll report to a Group Operations Lead and take charge of day-to-day cargo and vessel movements to keep the port running safely and efficiently. You’ll lead and motivate a rotating team of Cargo Handlers across vessel, yard, and landside portfolios, ensuring everything flows smoothly from shipside to gate. This role is hands‑on, people‑focused, and central to operations, balancing productivity, safety, and teamwork. You’ll also collaborate closely with logistics partners and service providers, keeping communication clear and operations seamless. With a 24/7 operation, you’ll be part of a continuous roster including nights and weekends. You bring clear communication, decisive problem‑solving, and a knack for getting the best out of your team, even in high‑pressure situations.
