Job Description
The Department of Conservation (DOC) in Auckland / Warkworth / Whangārei is seeking capable, dedicated people for a summer role protecting the Tara iti, New Zealand’s rarest endemic breeding bird. Induction and training are provided, with a 40-hour week on a 5-day roster including weekends. Work across multiple sites with field tasks, nest protection, predator control, and public engagement.
