Assistant Packhouse Manager

The high energy and fast-paced role requires the ability to assist and support the Packhouse Manager with all operational activities over the site. Tasks include but are not limited to; quality, productivity, health and safety, compliance, staffing and maintenance so your ability to handle a challenge is important. The successful applicant will have: Excellent communication skills with the ability tocommunicate clearly and effectively at all levels Can articulate a common vision and provide others with a sense of direction. Communicates with confidence toinfluence, motivate, and gain support from others. Identifies the root causes and breaks the problem down into the key issues. The ability to quickly grasp newconcepts, think strategically and evaluate challenges with a broad,business-focused perspective. Adapt quickly and effectively to changing situations. Experienced in best practice HR, managing people effectively in order to achieve business objectives. Awareness of H&S legislative requirements. Experience working with and a good understanding of numerical or financial information.
