Project Manager

The Role The Project Manager is responsible for delivering residential construction projects from start to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently achieved. This role requires strong coordination of subcontractors, proactive problem-solving, and disciplined site management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The position is primarily site-based, working within a positive, high-performance team culture, with an expectation of 45 hours per week. You will demonstrate strong communication and leadership across all projects while ensuring all work meets or exceeds statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Project delivery and programme management Financial and commercial management Quality assurance and finishing oversight Health and safety leadership Site management and presentation Client, consultant, and stakeholder communication Coordination and management of subcontractors Driving accountability, efficiency, and quality outcomes across projects Who We’re Looking For We invite applications from people who bring energy, structure, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset to their work.
