We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead the management of complex contracts and strategic supplier relationships across a diverse portfolio. This is an opportunity to influence organisational performance by ensuring contracts deliver value, manage risk, and support long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex, high-value contracts and strategic supplier relationships. Develop and implement contract management strategies and plans. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, variations, pricing reviews, and dispute resolution. Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, service levels, and key performance indicators. Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, financial, operational, and reputational risks. Provide expert contract management and commercial advice. Partner with procurement teams to provide commercial input throughout sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award activities. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to achieve successful contract outcomes. Promote best practice contract management, continuous improvement, and commercial capability across the organisation. You will bring: Extensive experience managing complex and high-value contracts. Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating favourable commercial outcomes. Proven expertise in supplier relationship and performance management. Excellent knowledge of contract governance, risk management, and compliance. Outstanding stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret commercial information and performance data. Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional qualifications in procurement, contract management, business, law, or a related discipline.
