About the role Lead and oversee the Knitwear Assembly team at Untouched World, working with premium natural fibres. You'll lead people, drive continuous improvement, solve production challenges, and ensure exceptional quality standards are achieved across a range of garment construction operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for developing people, building team capability, and delivering outstanding results. Key responsibilities Lead and support the Knitwear Assembly team across a range of garment construction operations. Ensure garments produced from premium fibres meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability, engagement, and performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. Monitor workflow, resolve production issues, and implement practical solutions. Maintain compliance with production procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. About you A genuine people leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others to achieve their best. Highly detail‑oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Passionate about continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, productivity, and team performance. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Sound understanding of knitwear manufacturing, garment construction, and production processes. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
