An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Legal Assistant in our Papanui office, and we are exciting to welcome someone to this dynamic team. About the role As a Legal PA/Legal Assistant, an overview of duties are as follows: Document creation Precedent management CRM maintenance Email, mail & document management Billing attendances Diary management Telephone support Meeting support To be considered for this role, we are ideally looking for candidates with the following: Previous experience (approx. 2+ years) in a similar role - property experience is essential Strong computer skills and experience with CRM databases (e.g Onelaw, Infinity, LAWbase) Microsoft Suite - intermediate to advanced user abilities Strong written and verbal communication, and a very high level of attention to detail Highly professional manner when engaging with clients Ability to follow instructions and manage time and tasks exceptionally well Strong work ethic and willingness to complete all tasks assigned to a high quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
