If you are ready to shift the comfort and performance levels in school, stadiums and community venues nationwide, this will be a great leadership role. As National Sales Manager, you will lead Resero’s New Zealand sales operation across two highly regarded brands; Furnware and Sebel. You and your team will embody Resero’s purpose: “Creating spaces that lift everyone to achieve more” – protecting and growing Furnware’s position as the market leader in learning spaces, while strengthening Sebel’s leadership in mass seating across stadiums, community venues, councils, and recreational spaces, and growing its presence in the education furniture market. Their gold standard products and services are easy to represent, and you’ll be joining a well-supported and connected sales team across New Zealand, with their head office based in Hawke’s Bay. You must thrive on the hustle; driving revenue growth, market share and brand strength across your team. You will be leading and mentoring nine account managers across NZ. Travel will be frequent as you support your team and engage with key customers and associations nationwide in market and at key sector and industry gatherings. People leadership, market insights, cross-brand commercial strategy, and operational excellence will sit with you. You will drive the annual business plans, revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and growth KPIs for both Furnware and Sebel. You will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously refine the company’s strategy to grow revenue and market share for both Furnware and Sebel nationwide. Your team is driven and well regarded in market. Your role is to take them even further. A strategic mindset and sales management experience leading geographically dispersed teams is essential. Ongoing team engagement sits at the heart of growing their client-base and revenues. Commercial insight and market awareness and key industry event networking will be key in driving pipelines of work. This will suit a highly motivated sales leader who is committed to combining strategic leadership with commercial accountability who loves setting the direction and cadence for sales growth and a high-performance culture. You must be familiar with the New Zealand commercial landscape, and ideally have an understanding of learning environments with key influencers in the education-based sector.
