General Director

Arotahi is seeking a General Director to provide strategic, relational and spiritual leadership for our organisation. Working alongside Mission Council, churches, staff, global workers and mission partners, you will help steward our vision, strengthen partnerships and lead Arotahi into its next season of impact. We are seeking someone with mature Christian faith, experience in senior leadershipwho combines strategic thinking with humility, cultural intelligence, deepmissiological andtheological reflection and a genuine passion for God's mission. Strong relational capability and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and intercultural partnership are key aspects of this role.
