What We're Looking For: Do you have a passion for building relationships and exceeding targets? We are searching for a Service Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for driving service sales, managing the service team, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, old and new. Prepare and present service sales quotes, reports, and keep accurate records of all communications with clients. Manage multiple service tasks simultaneously, from enquiry to completion review. Develop and execute service maintenance contracts and large-scale service jobs. Collaborate closely with our Sales and Install teams to ensure seamless project and service execution.
