You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring leadership is supported seamlessly, with responsibilities spanning: Contribute to and lead the graduate and internship programmes Develop external partnerships with strategically aligned education, social and talent programmes Coordinate recruitment efforts and onboarding processes Work with L&D managers to shape initiatives Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Lead talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening and selecting candidates Coordinate the onboarding process Support employees with professional development and career growth Collaborate with regional offices to ensure alignment with the national strategy Prepare people reports and analytics to track key people metrics and trends Gather employee feedback, suggest improvements and implement changes Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation by being visible Employee Relations & Compensation Ensure compliance with employment laws, staying updated about changes to internal policies Assist with employee benefits programmes Maintain accurate employee records and prepare employment contracts, offer letters, etc Discretionary bonus to reward your contribution and impact Birthday leave, fitness & public transport subsidy Two complimentary coffees daily from the café downstairs Life insurance cover Enhanced parental leave Social Friday drinks and a great team vibe to wrap up the week Skills and Experience A broad understanding of P&C functions and experience delivering them Strong project management skills, working across teams to deliver initiatives Good organisation, responsiveness and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Calm and adaptable approach in a busy environment Tech-savvy mindset to improve processes We are committed to finding the best candidates for our recruiting roles and ensuring equity in associated remuneration and reward.
