Patient Care Coordinator

We're looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our Molecular Imaging team covering our North Shore branches. This is a permanent part-time position (32 hours per week) and will suit someone who is highly motivated to take their people, customer service and admin skills to the next level of patient care in an incredibly rewarding role. Present a warm & friendly welcome to all patients & visitors Schedule appointments that best accommodate patient needs Ensure patients are well informed and know how to prepare and what to expect during their visa Process invoices, payments and claims with efficiency and accuracy Collate documentation and maintain records with strict attention to privacy Our ideal candidate will have: Minimum of two years' experience in medical administration, reception, bookings or coordinator role Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
