What You’ll Bring IT know-how : Completed IT qualification or 2+ years’ hands‑on experience. Hardware experience : Comfortable working with PCs, laptops, peripherals—in particular HP, Dell, Lenovo. Windows & cloud skills : Familiar with Windows, Microsoft X365, and basic cloud environments. Customer‑first approach : Friendly, professional, and great at turning problems into solutions. Self‑starter attitude : You’re resourceful, think ahead, and know when to expand? Actually says "escalate." Resilience & adaptability : You can thrive under pressure and take on any challenge. Bonus if you have : Repair certifications (e.g. HP, Dell, Lenovo, ATM‑specific). Requirements for the Job To apply, you’ll need: A clean, current New Zealand driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle. A clear Ministry of Justice background check . New Zealand citizenship or residency , and to be based in NZ.
