About the Role Working alongside a Registered Nurse as part of a two-person support team, you will provide personalised care that promotes comfort, safety, dignity and quality of life. This position is based on Waiheke Island. Every shift is different and requires excellent observation skills, teamwork and a genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs. About Our Client Our client has severe dyskinetic cerebral palsy following a neonatal stroke and requires continuous support from a highly skilled care team. Comprehensive training, care plans and specialist protocols are provided before you begin working independently. About You NZQA Level 4 qualified (or equivalent) Experienced supporting people with complex disabilities or high-needs clients Compassionate, patient and empathetic An excellent communicator A true team player Flexible and reliable Calm in challenging situations Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable following clinical processes and documenting care accurately Available to work rostered shifts across a 24/7 service #J-18808-Ljbffr
