What you’ll bring Minimum 3 years experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritise workflow Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers Experience in a dealership or service advisor role Ability to multi task in a high volume environment Key Responsibilities Welcome customers, book vehicles in and capture service requirements accurately Clearly explain recommended work, costs and expected time frames to customers Liaise with technicians to monitor job progress and provide updates Prepare detailed quotes and obtain customer approvals for additional workComplete invoicing, follow up on jobs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Upsell services and repairs where appropriate What we offer Competitive remuneration package with company vehicle & fuel Lucrative commission structure On site state of the art customer lounge with cafe style amenities Opportunity to progress in your career Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
