Stable, full‑time on‑site role with free parking People‑focused environment that values service, collaboration, and reliability About the Role We’re looking for a friendly and reliable On‑Site IT Support Analyst who enjoys helping people and solving problems face‑to‑face. This role plays a key part in ensuring staff have dependable, well‑supported workplace technology so they can do their best work every day. You’ll be the go‑to person on site for IT support at the Airport Oaks location, working closely with colleagues and external vendors to keep end‑user devices, applications, and connectivity running smoothly. What you’ll be doing Providing responsive, on‑site IT support for desktops, devices, and business applications Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in person Supporting staff onboarding and offboarding with proactive, well‑organised IT setup Working with third‑party IT vendors to maintain and improve IT services Supporting IT projects, training users, and suggesting improvements to the on‑site IT experience What we’re looking for Atleast 1+ year experience in an IT support role (L1–L2), ideally customer facing Working knowledge of Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and end‑user environments A calm, approachable, and customer‑focused mindset Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues simply Someone organised, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple requests Why this role Free parking Onsite gym Generous Employeee Share Plan Health and Wellbeing allowance A supportive, collaborative workplace where your contribution is valued A hands‑on role with strong visibility across the business If you enjoy helping people, taking ownership, and being part of a team that values great service, we’d love to hear from you.
