Due to continued growth, they're looking for motivated Multi-Skilled Operators to join their team and contribute to the successful delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects. What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate Ongoing training and career development Variety of civil construction projects across the Waitaki region Supportive team environment with a strong focus on safety and quality Opportunity to expand your skills and progress into leadership opportunities About the Role As a Multi-Skilled Operator, you'll play an important role in delivering civil construction and maintenance works safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll operate a range of construction plant while assisting with general civil works as required to keep projects running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Operating excavators and a variety of construction plant Carrying out drainage, roading and general civil construction work Completing daily plant checks and basic maintenance Accurately completing job documentation, timesheets and site records Working safely while maintaining high health, safety and environmental standards Supporting site crews and supervisors to deliver projects on time and to specification Maintaining equipment and reporting faults promptly About You You'll be reliable, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team. You'll also have: Experience operating excavators and a variety of civil construction plant Previous experience in civil construction A Class 4 Driver Licence preferred W, T and R endorsements (or willingness to obtain them) A commitment to producing quality workmanship Strong communication skills and a positive attitude The ability to work independently and use initiative A strong commitment to health and safety Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
