This includes: Developing and leading a high performing team Supporting senior management to make informed decisions Assessing the commercial viability and feasibility of options and trade off Influencing financial planning and looking for value for money to maximise the utilisation of funding Promoting continual improvement and maturity of reporting and insight frameworks to enable the business to deliver on targets. Building commercial and financial capability across the business as well as championing innovative thinking. To be considered: Along with being CA qualified, we require a highly capable candidate who can bring thought leadership and innovation to the role, and who demonstrates sound commercial judgement and exceptional influencing and communication skills. You will bring a strong appreciation of complex operational environments and any experience within the public sector will be viewed favourably.
