Work in partnership with other agencies, includingour partner organisations in the health and social servicesspace, to develop supportive peer relationships and collaborative servicedelivery. Lead a team who work alongside people who havehousing needs and require support to achieve housingstability. Lead a team which: Provides support topeople experiencing homelessness Works alongside peopleto identify housing needs and supports them to access housingoptions. Has strong relationships and collaboration withinour communities. Seek opportunities to engage staff througheffective coaching and ongoing development while creating a positive teamculture where achievements are celebrated, and people are valued. Ko wai koe (About you) Current registration and annual practisingcertificate as a Occupational Therapist with the OT Board NZ. An exceptional peopleleader and confident communicator and relationshipbuilder Knowledge of and commitment to Te Tiritio Waitangi principles and working with Māori Proven ability and experience in inspiring andleading a team effectively An understanding of the mental health system andsector within the Auckland region, including the NGO andcommunity sector. The knowledge and experience to support staff whochoose to work using Te Ao Maori frameworks An understanding of and the abilityto apply the principles of wellness and recovery A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/orexperience in a similar role. OFFER This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00pm. This role will be based in Manukau and involves working across South Auckland.
