Branch Manager

Trico, previously Fulcrum Equipment, is an established provider of civil machinery, access and site equipment rentals and sales with operations in Amberley, Rangiora, Christchurch and Dunedin. Our Dunedin Branch Manager is moving on after several good years in the business, and we are looking for an experienced individual who can manage daily operations and deliver excellent service to the customer in line with the Trico way. About the Role Working Monday to Friday and managing all rental business from the Dunedin site, you will be supervising one team member with support from the Christchurch based hire control team, a Dunedin based BDM and on site Mechanic. The role is varied and includes: Preparing plant for hire and managing bookings Yard organisation Customer service in person, by phone and email Processing customer bookings and daily invoicing Backup for mechanical inspection, wash down and detailing when required About You We are looking for good experience in equipment or machinery hire and a good understanding of the civil and commercial construction sectors. This is a role that combines hands on work with business administration and management, so a can-do attitude and willingness to roll your sleeves up is essential. You will be face to face with customers every day, so good communication skills are also a must have. A full NZ driver licence and OHS forklift with F endorsement are essential, and a WTR endorsement is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
