What You'll Be Doing You'll play a vital role in keeping our construction projects running smoothly by: Coordinating quotations, pricing and subcontractor documentation. Managing project schedules and maintaining our RAVE project management system. Supporting Project Managers throughout the construction process. Liaising with councils regarding building consents and compliance documentation. Assisting with pricing and processing client variations. Attending key client meetings, recording minutes and following up actions. Coordinating maintenance items and defect resolution. Providing clients with regular project updates and exceptional communication throughout their build. Capturing professional photos and videos of projects for client updates and marketing. Organising weekly construction meetings and maintaining project checklists. Assisting with reception duties, answering phones and welcoming visitors when required. Supporting marketing initiatives, newsletters, social media content and client events. About You You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping everything organised. Ideally you'll have: Experience in construction administration, project coordination or residential building. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with project management software is an advantage). A professional, friendly and positive attitude. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. A current New Zealand driver's licence. Previous experience in residential construction, building administration, estimating or project coordination would be highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and the right attitude.
