The Opportunity We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help drive the next stage of HPA’s global growth. This is a hands‑on, senior executional role that blends creativity, analytics, and leadership. You’ll act as the right hand to the Marketing Manager , responsible for executing multi‑channel digital campaigns, analysing performance data, and driving measurable commercial results. The role is ideal for a skilled performance marketer ready to step up — someone who’s confident managing budgets (7‑figure online advertising budgets), measuring ROI, and optimising campaigns across global audiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube . Manage campaign performance, budget allocation, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Oversee analytics and reporting through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio , delivering actionable insights. Build and refine email journeys and automations using Mailchimp, Ortto (or similar platforms). Collaborate with creative, video, and content teams to develop high‑performing assets. Mentor and guide junior members of the marketing team in campaign delivery and best practice. Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and continuous improvement. Contribute to marketing strategy, forecasting, and innovation. About You You’re data‑driven, commercially focused, and comfortable leading campaigns that reach millions. You have a sharp analytical mind, strong creative instincts, and the ability to translate marketing data into real business impact. You’ll bring: 3–6 years’ experience in digital marketing or campaign management. Proven success managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube. Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and marketing automation tools . A strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI forecasting. Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience driving organic growth through SEO. A genuine interest in high‑performance automotive culture or motorsport (preferred but not a requirement). Life at HPA We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
