Temporary Project Administrator / Data Entry Coordinator Temporary Project Administrator / Data Entry Coordinator 3-Month Contract | Auckland CBD Looking to gain valuable experience within a large corporate environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and detail-focused Project Administrator / Data Entry Coordinator to support an exciting cross‑functional project involving our R&D, Sales, and Quality teams. Applicants must hold New Zealand Residency or Citizenship. About the Role In this role, you'll play a key part in updating and enhancing an internal system by working closely with multiple departments to gather, verify, and upload product information. This is a 3-month contract position based in Auckland CBD , with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, data entry, and working with information in a structured and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales team to identify products supplied to major retail customers and categorise them by route to market. Download, review, and validate existing product data, identifying: Products already recorded correctly Products requiring removal Missing products that need to be added Liaise with the R&D team to gather product information and specifications. Take product photographs and upload them into the system alongside product details. Maintain high levels of data accuracy when entering and updating information. Assist in developing processes and documentation to support ongoing system maintenance and data integrity. Please note: Data entry and maintaining data accuracy will make up a significant portion of this role. To be successful in this position, you will: Have exceptional attention to detail. Be confident communicating with stakeholders across different teams. Be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new systems. Have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage information accurately. Enjoy administrative, process-driven, and data-focused work. Be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
