ANZCO Foods Canterbury are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Site Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our site operations, managing financial administration, and providing valuable reporting that helps drive business success. As our Senior Site Administrator, you'll be responsible for: Preparing and delivering weekly operational and financial reports to support business performance. Providing high-quality administrative and financial support to the Site Management Team. Managing the purchase order process, including raising, receipting, and processing invoices. Supporting accounts receivable functions, including invoice preparation and processing. Assisting with month-end reporting and providing cover for the Site Finance and Integration Manager when required. Completing month-end reconciliations and ensuring financial records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in finance administration with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication skills and the confidence to build effective relationships across the business.
