As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. The Role: Swiss-Belhotel Napier is seeking a reliable and motivated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. You will be responsible for servicing guest rooms and maintaining the high standards expected of a 4-star hotel. Key responsibilities: Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards. Replenish guest amenities and room supplies. Report maintenance issues and lost property. Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas. Work efficiently while delivering exceptional attention to detail. About you: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. What we offer: A supportive and friendly team environment.
