Marketing & Creative Specialist - Must Love Cars Convergence Partners – East Tamaki, North Island Marketing & Creative Specialist – Must Love Cars East Tamaki, Auckland Must Love Cars – Automotive Industry Rare mix of marketing and creative work Watch your campaigns come to life A well-established, privately-owned New Zealand company with a 45+ year history supplying leading automotive brands across New Zealand and Australia is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their in-house team. This isn’t a role for someone who likes to build multi layered artistic campaigns. You’ll be working across multiple brands, turning around fast and practical marketing programs for major retail partners, online campaigns, B2B presentations and multiple website and social media sites. Our customer base ranges from Car Enthusiasts, Car Painters, Refinish Distribution and Automotive Aftermarket and Hardware channels. We’re looking for someone who understands the automotive world and customer base, who can speak the speak to that audience. What you'll be doing: Producing fast, practical marketing materials for retail and trade partners, print, digital, EDM, catalogues, in-store and online content Working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to turn around layouts quickly Running Meta & Google Ads campaigns Getting out to trade shows and events in NZ and occasionally Australia, building stands, taking photos, talking to people Driving social media content that's authentic Working closely with an energetic, hands-on in-house marketing team and key stakeholders across the business What we’re looking for: A genuine affinity for cars and the automotive world Solid, practical graphic design skills, comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite and able to execute a clean layout fast, without over-engineering it (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) Someone who understands how to make products feel local and sellable here Confidence with Meta & Google Ads Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Experience with Mailchimp or similar EDM platforms Knowledge in AI aided marketing A collaborative "live wire" who takes an idea and just makes it happen Comfortable being out from behind the desk, attending events and being in front of people To be eligible to apply for this role you must be a NZ citizen or resident, or already hold a valid work visa.
