Customer Service Representative Platinum Recruitment Queenstown Customer Service Representative Publication Date 24 / 07 / 2026 Location Queenstown Type Contract or Temp Sector Call Centre & Customer Service Customer Service THE ROLE We have a short-term (three day) opportunity to assist with an annual transport survey in Queenstown. If you have experience in customer service and enjoy engaging with the community this role is for you! There are two shift options available that take place over three days over the 23rd to 25th of April: 6:30am – 2:30pm or 11:00am – 7:00pm with a separate one hour training session provided. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the running of an annual transport survey Engage with the public and grasp various responses Accurately provide data and run reports SKILL SET Bright and engaging personality Capability to use an iPad Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Available from 20th - 25th of April NOTES Applicants will be subject to a Ministry of Justice check and references.
