Process Operator

Process Operator – Zeagold Nutrition | Spartan Road Zeagold Nutrition is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Process Operator to join our team based at Spartan Road. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating processing and filling equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards. Key responsibilities include: Operating egg breaking machines to process raw eggs into liquid egg products Operating filling machines to pack finished products into appropriate packaging Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality Completing start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures Completing production and quality documentation accurately Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following cleaning and sanitation procedures (CIP/COP) for equipment and work areas To be successful, you will have: Ability to stand for extended periods Flexibility to work shifts between 3:00am and 1:30pm; Monday to Thursday Ability to lift moderate weights as required Willingness to work overtime when required Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision Good understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene principles Previous food processing or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn This is a great opportunity to join Zeagold Nutrition and be part of a supportive team within a fast-paced food production environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
