Working closely with clients, councils, and internal specialists, you’ll deliver practical engineering solutions while mentoring junior engineers and continuing to develop your own career. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your technical capability, build client relationships, or step into greater responsibility, you’ll be supported by an experienced team that wants to see you succeed. What you’ll bring Proven New Zealand civil engineering experience delivering land development projects across three waters, roading, and earthworks Civil 3D experience is preferred, although engineers with experience using comparable design software are encouraged to apply Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships A desire to take ownership of projects and continue progressing your career Why make the move to Tauranga?
