Construction Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Construction Coordinator to join our team. About the Role: As our Construction Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team by managing project administration, coordinating suppliers and trades, and ensuring every build progresses smoothly and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate material deliveries for both full home builds and kitset supply projects. Manage project timelines and monitor construction progress and updating clients. Coordinate subcontractors and trade scheduling. Plan, coordinate and place project purchase orders. Prepare Code Compliance Certificate (CCC) documentation and manage submission requirements. Upload and maintain accurate project documentation within company systems. Coordinate project completion and handover documentation.Communicate with suppliers, trades, clients and internal staff to ensure projects remain on track. Provide general project administration and support to the team. About You: You’ll be someone who is Exceptionally organised with excellent time management skills. Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy. Calm under pressure and solutions focused. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems. Experienced in a residential construction associated role.
