You'll Play a Key Role In Providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle Managing complex employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance issues Coaching leaders to build capability and confidence in managing their teams Supporting organisational change initiatives and workforce planning activities Partnering with a wide range of stakeholders across a geographically dispersed and operationally complex business Advising on New Zealand employment legislation and immigration processes Identifying people trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Significant experience in a Human Resources or People & Performance Advisory role Proven experience working with a broad range of stakeholders, building trusted relationships and influencing decision‑making Experience supporting leaders within a large, complex, multi-site, or operational environment Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and organisational change Excellent understanding of New Zealand employment legislation and its practical application Knowledge and experience managing or advising on New Zealand immigration processes Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills The ability to balance competing priorities while delivering practical, commercially focused solutions This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a business where people are at the heart of what we do.
