About the Role Support tamariki and whānau through their healthcare journey. Deliver delegated therapy and rehabilitation activities under clinical guidance. Help families access services and navigate complex systems. Build trusted relationships with whānau and community partners. Support health literacy and advocate for equitable outcomes. Assist with equipment, appointments, group programmes, and service coordination.
