About the Role: Based inŌtautahi, Christchurch, in conjunction with the Project Manager,you will have financial ownership and provide effective and efficient cost management and estimating services including: Monthly client financial reporting. Cost estimation and budgeting. Tendering and trade procurement. Cost control and monitoring. Valuation and payment certification. Risk management and dispute resolution. About You: As a driven self-starter with high attention to detail and an inquisitive personalityyou will add value and continuously strive for excellence! In addition to this, you will have the following attributes: 7+ years’ experience in a QS role, in the commercial construction environment. A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, or relevant industry experience. Proven experience using Jobpac is non-negotiable. Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with a great work ethic. Exhibit ample initiative and innovation in the way you work. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience with the full MS Suite & navigating MS Project software is advantageous.
