About the role You will join a franchise truck dealership carrying out general servicing, full mechanical repairs, and advanced diagnostic work. The workshop is clean, modern, and well equipped, and you will be recognised and rewarded for your skill level and work ethic. The role also involves customer interaction and close collaboration with the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards. A genuine passion for the truck industry is essential, and experience working with European truck brands will be highly regarded. Skills sought You must hold a relevant automotive qualification, ideally as a Diesel Mechanic. Franchise dealership experience is preferred, however candidates from non-franchise backgrounds will also be considered. You will demonstrate strong commitment to your trade, with pride, accuracy, and efficiency in all mechanical and electrical work undertaken. Holding a forklift licence or truck licence is considered an advantage.
