Location: Central Tauranga, Tauranga Start date: Immediate start Pay rate: $34–$36 per hour (PAYE) – weekly pay About the Role As a Qualified Solar Electrician, you'll be responsible for installing commercial and residential solar systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role involves travelling between sites and working as part of a professional installation team. Key Responsibilities: Install commercial and residential solar panel systems Read and interpret electrical and installation plans Complete high-quality solar installations to industry standards Travel between commercial and residential project sites Maintain a strong focus on health and safety while delivering quality workmanship What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll have: Current NZ Electrical Registration and practising licence Proven experience installing commercial and residential solar systems Full Class 1 driver’s licence Working at Heights certification EWP/MEWP licence Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Strong commitment to health and safety Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude What's in It for You?
