Data Verification & Validation Assistant

Do you have a passion for data accuracy? Including verifying and validating data? 3R is growing, and we are looking for a Data Verification and Validation Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Commercial Delivery Team Manager you will be ensuring data is accurate, complete and accurate. Data verification and validation are critical processes in ensuring that the data being used for analysis is reliable and can provide accurate insights. The position will also provide basic software helpdesk for app users to support continuous improvement of claims process. Key responsibilities Some of the responsibilities include: Verifying data:Checking the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents or other reference materials Validating data: Ensuring that data meets certain standards or criteria Identifying errors:Identifying discrepancies and errors in claim submissions or other forms, undertaking an initial investigation of cause including discussions with client, and if necessary presenting to the experienced colleagues for resolution / resolution direction Fraud prevention and detection:Assist with maintaining a fraud averse culture with our service providers, recognising and investigating anomalous data About you To do well in this role you’ll have many of the following desirable skills: Proficiency with modern IT software and personal computer equipment High proficiency with MS Excel Analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good organizational and planning skills Interpersonal skills, including tact and discretion Experience with Accounting or ERP type systems may be beneficial but not essential What we can offer you This role is for 40 hours a week.In addition to flexible working arrangements, 3R offers: free Southern Cross medical insurance a supportive, values-driven team the opportunity to contribute directly to environmental outcomes across Aotearoa About 3R Group 3R was founded on the belief that combining sustainability with leadership and innovation provides the formula for future business prosperity.
