We're looking for a Senior Test Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test solutions that ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. What you'll be doing As a Senior Test Engineer, you'll play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations and new product introductions by designing, developing, and optimising test systems and processes. Key responsibilities include: Leading the design and implementation of manufacturing test equipment and fixtures. Developing test plans, test specifications, and validation processes for new products. Collaborating with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and NPI teams to support product launches. Providing technical leadership and mentoring within the Test Engineering team. Troubleshooting complex test and manufacturing challenges using structured problem solving methodologies. Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, yield, and cost reduction. Evaluating and implementing emerging test technologies and automation solutions. Supporting global manufacturing operations through project leadership and technical expertise. What we're looking for Experience Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. 10+ years' experience in Test Engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong experience developing and supporting electronic product test systems. Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects and driving technical outcomes. Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of electronic test systems, instrumentation, and manufacturing processes. Advanced experience with LabVIEW and TestStand. Understanding of RF, microwave signals, and radar-related technologies. Experience in test fixture design, test automation, and manufacturing test methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability using tools such as 8D, PDCA, Six Sigma, or similar. Personal Attributes Collaborative and team-oriented approach. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability.
