We are seeking an experienced Projects Administrator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support across a Major construction project. This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting project delivery through accurate documentation, compliance management, financial administration, and day-to-day coordination of project activities. This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting project delivery through accurate documentation, compliance management, financial administration, and day-to-day coordination of project activities. About the role You will play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly by providing efficient, organised, and proactive administrative support to the project team. Working closely with project and site managers, you will help maintain project systems, documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements to a high standard. This role requires someone confident working in a fast-paced project environment, ideally with previous construction or contracting experience. Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team Maintain accurate project documentation, registers, and filing systems Support project controls including reporting, resourcing updates, and performance tracking Coordinate document control including version control and distribution Support Quality Assurance processes across project documentation and reporting Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, progress claims, and variations Support cost tracking and contract administration processes Manage and maintain compliance documentation including SSSP, permits, and audit-ready records Coordinate site inductions for staff, contractors, and visitors Support Health, Safety & Compliance requirements across the project Arrange and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the wider team About you 3-5+ years’ administration experience in a project, construction, engineering, or contracting environment Strong understanding of construction/project documentation and compliance processes Confident handling financial administration (invoicing, claims, variations) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with trades and project teams Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, reporting tools) Full, clean driver’s licence Physically able to access active construction sites What we offer Opportunity to work on a variety of significant construction projects Exposure to a fast-paced project environment within a supportive team A role with a strong mix of site-based and office-based responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
