Auckland One Rail is seeking part-time Customer Service Ambassadors to help customers navigate the new CRL network, respond to disruptions, support accessibility, and ensure smooth operations at City Rail Link stations. You will rotate across Waitematā/Britomart Te Waihorotiu and Karanga-a-hape, working morning and/or afternoon peaks with full training provided.
