What's on offer: $33.65+ p/h + Earn upto $600 p/m bonus 50% Staff Discounts + Monthly Gifts for the first 6 months 30 hrs per week Tuesday - Saturday Tues - Thurs 10am - 4pm | Friday 9:30am - 4pm | Saturday 9:30am - 5pm Hands-on cooking demonstrations as part of your role - no more talking about food, actually cook it A supportive, close-knit team culture with real backing from above The chance to be the founding face of a century-old global icon cookware brand, right here in Christchurch What you'll be doing: Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in-store Bring products to life through demos, styling and customer engagement Uphold top-tier presentation standards across the store, team and self Apply visual merchandising to brand guidelines to showcase the range Lead, motivate and support your team to perform at their best Drive results by hitting (or beating) sales targets, KPIs and brand goals Manage rosters, inventory, reporting and day-to-day store admin What we're looking for: 3+ proven retail leadership experience (homewares a bonus, not essential) A genuine passion for cooking, food and entertaining - this matters more than you'd think A track record of smashing sales targets and KPIs A natural leader who mentors, motivates, and leads from the front Someone polished, personable, and always thinking on their feet Physically Fit and able to perform the duties of the role Full NZ working rights (sorry, no visa sponsorship this time) #J-18808-Ljbffr
