About the role We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help drive lead generation, brand awareness, and campaign performance across Honda New Zealand's digital channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners, you'll plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns while using data and insights to improve performance and deliver measurable results. Duties of the role include: Planning and managing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Rednote, and other relevant platforms. Driving qualified leads for vehicle enquiries, test drives, finance applications, and other key business objectives. Monitoring and optimising campaign performance to maximise engagement, conversions, and return on investment. Managing campaign tracking, tagging, reporting, and performance analysis. Supporting website content updates, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and customer experience improvements. Working with creative teams and agencies to develop engaging digital content and campaign assets. Preparing regular performance reports and providing actionable insights and recommendations. Managing relationships with agencies, media partners, and technology vendors. Contributing to marketing process improvements and supporting wider marketing initiatives as required. The successful candidate will have the following attributes Previous experience in a digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management role. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, or similar digital advertising channels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar reporting and analytics tools. Understanding of digital customer journeys, lead generation, and conversion optimisation. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
