The role Build strong partnerships with leaders and influence decisions that matter Provide strategic people advice that supports both leaders and business performance Coach leaders through complex people matters with confidence and empathy Drive initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and organisational effectiveness Shape workforce planning, talent and succession to support future growth Lead and contribute to people projects, our strategic vision that improves how we work day to day Help foster a culture where people, performance and continuous improvement thrive About you You're a relationship builder first with a strategic approach and an HR professional second. You communicate with confidence, build trust quickly and enjoy partnering with leaders to solve problems and influence outcomes. You'll also bring: Proven experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture Business Partner role Strong employment relations knowledge and understanding of employment legislation Confidence coaching, influencing and building trusted relationships with leaders Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations A strategic mindset balanced with a practical, hands-on approach A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) We offer You'll find at Orion, you can come as you are and just be you.
