Site Administrator / QS – Taupō Project | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start Are you an organised administrator with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment? We're looking for a proactive Site Administrator / QS to support the delivery of a major project at a new manufacturing facility in Taupō. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a high-profile project, providing vital administrative and commercial support to the site team while ensuring documentation, reporting, cost tracking, and day-to-day site operations run smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project management team. Assisting with Quantity Surveying duties, including cost tracking, purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, and subcontractor documentation. Managing site documentation, filing, and document control. Processing timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices. Coordinating inductions and maintaining contractor records. Assisting with Health & Safety documentation, registers, and compliance. Organising meetings, taking minutes, and managing calendars. Ordering office supplies and maintaining site office facilities. Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in both Site Administration and Quantity Surveying (QS) within the construction industry is essential. Experience with cost reporting, variations, purchase orders, and commercial administration. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a busy project environment. Professional communication skills and a positive attitude. Experience with document control systems or construction software is advantageous. Full Class 1 Driver's Licence and reliable transport. Able to pass a pre-employment drug test. What’s in It for You?
