This role will see you: Organising and executing civil construction contracts Be the first point of contact for all construction projects Manage client expectations and Health and Safety requirements Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the required company standard What we are looking for: Contract Management experience within civil construction Experience in Bulk Earthworks and Subdivisions A proven ability to lead and manage staff Experience setting up programs management plans and site documentation The ability to manage Health and Safety and QA onsite Financial experience managing projects Customer-focused by taking pride in delivering good outcomes Self-motivated What you'll get as part of our team A competitive salary package with regular pay and performance reviews, as well as long service entitlements after 3, 5, and 10 years.
