As a Connect Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless connectivity experiences for our customers. Working across a broad network of internal teams, service partners and customers, you'll take ownership of service requests from initiation through to completion, ensuring every order is delivered accurately, on time and with the customer experience front of mind. Whether you're coordinating new connections, service changes or resolving complex provisioning challenges, you'll be the person who brings people together to get things done. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems and loves building relationships. You'll manage multiple priorities, navigate changing customer needs and identify opportunities to improve the way we work. We have opportunities supporting two customer portfolios - our Consumer Connect customers and our Business Connect customers - with both roles sharing the same focus on delivering outstanding service, removing barriers and making it easier for customers to connect to Chorus' network. You're someone who enjoys making things happen. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're naturally organised, build strong relationships with ease and can confidently juggle competing priorities while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do. You’ll also bring: Experience in a customer service, service delivery, coordination or provisioning environment. A proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and a wide range of internal stakeholders. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and finding better ways of working. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure. Experience in telecommunications or technical service delivery would be advantageous but isn't essential.
